Cafe by the Ruins (Baguio vol. 1)

Day 1: Cafe by the ruins (Breakfast)

We have decided to have our breakfast at Cafe by the Ruins after a 4-5 hours travel straight from Manila.

The restaurant is just a walking distance from the hotel that we have checked in. We were the first customer that day. That's why earlier the better.

I wasn't expecting that it would be like that. Since, it looks like a bakery from the outside.

Aren't you wondering why is it named Cafe by the ruins? Well here is a brief history..

After knowing the place, let us now know some of their food that we have eaten.

Thick slices of home cured bacon and a 1 egg for 340 pesos. It was
me and mom's order. I've been longing to eat bacon again.

Longganisang hubad (marinated pork cubes), sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (sunny side up).
This is my kuyas order.

Every breakfast selection is served with a cup of Fruit, a coffee or a fresh fruit juice.

A heavy meal to start a long day.

As always, credits to my Kuya Archer who took all of the picture I used in this post.
