Wandering around Intramuros

Fort Santiago (Spanish: Fuerte de Santiago Tagalog: Moog ng Santiago) is a citadel first built by Spanish conquIIistador, Miguel López de Legazpi for the new established city of Manila in the Philippines. The defense fortress is part of the structures of the walled city of Manila referred to as Intramuros ("within the walls").


The fort is one of the most important historical sites in Manila. Several lives were lost in its prisons during the Spanish Colonial Period and World War II. José Rizal, the Philippine national hero, was imprisoned here before his execution in 1896. The Rizal Shrine museum displays memorabilia of the hero in their collection and the fort features, embedded onto the ground in bronze, his footsteps representing his final walk from his cell to the location of the actual execution.

Photos where taken last friday, October 10. We had the photo shoot after our class  It was so sunny, not like the last time we had our photo shoot, it was so rainy (Makati, read it first). Well, I know that, it is much more okay to have a photo shoot when it is sunny or dry.

Move on, her dress suites the place well. The vintage-like dress ensembles the place's history. Well, black and white definitely attribute the simillarities to that place.

Intramuros is one of the good places in Manila, where we can have a pictorial, photo shoot, prenup or whatever you want to call (LOL).
